
Hey there, I want to give you all these "secrets" so that I can gain your friendship.
The other day I was on a phone call with Michelle Ellis (a great lady by the way) who explained to me that I have to meet more friends and explain what I do.
Than a day later I got on a video call with Colin Yeap and he told me the same.
I am more than happy to explain anything I can.
After I walked away I thought about this video in the subto zoom vault. I believe it was in the sales training that Pace did.
He spoke about how consistency is the main thing that will win and explained that one of his American callers was making $18 a call. That intrigued me.
But than I watched a video of Pace doing live seller calls.
He spoke to the agent offering a car wash for about 30-45 minutes but the whole conversation was mainly about Kalespale and nothing to do with the car wash.
Instead it was about the Realtor and building a relationship with her to have her and her son work together to bring deals to Pace.
That made me think.
The calls that are worth $18/call are only worth that when you are actually trying to care for the other person on the line. Not when you are trying to bring in your money.
I genuinely care about others and want to help. No strings attached and no fast money pulls attached. I am not selling anything.
If anyone is interested in what I do now:
I send out mass outreach for merchant cash advance companies ie 500k-1million emails a month, and am currently generating leads for businesses who want to exchange there debt for equity (ie buy there company for the price of the debt)
If someone wants to get together to run a DTA (direct to agent campaign) - I understand how to run b2b offers very well and am able to scale the outreach very large.
I am also looking to find PML - I believe a good way to do that is mass outreach to the 2nd note holders like Pace had explained.
I am also looking for novations, sub tos that need renovation, or buy and holds in any the states we do construction ie Florida, Nevada, Georgia, Texas, or Arizona. (I will also buy and hold in the northwest suburbs of Illinois)
And most importantly - please let me know what you are looking for because I would love to help you any way that I can.
